Subject: Call for Papers: Regional Science Conference, Nov. 2002

Dear Listserv Members:

The next North American Regional Science Meeting will be held in sunny (and
historic!) San Juan, Puerto Rico, November 14-16, 2002 (all day Thursday
through Saturday, at the Condado Plaza Hotel).  This conference offers an
nice opportunity for a late term break, as well as relaxed research
discussions with colleagues in a variety of related disciplines (including
network operations, transportation policy, integrated land
use-transportation modeling, and spatial econometrics).

David Boyce (dboyce@uic.edu) and I will be organizing several sessions in
the area of Transportation Research.  And we hope those of you with
interesting research underway will send either one of us an abstract by May
10, so that we can submit these works as organized sessions, in a way to
optimally focus interactions and discussion.

the conference website is June 15, 2002.)
